In an old former factory of the Catalan industrial historic stream in Barcelona, Planell-Hirsch Oficina de Arquitectura has created this bright, functional and fluid loft of 270 m2.
The corking achievement of this reform was to retain the industrial spirit giving it a novel character as well as incorporating warmth.
Rehabilitation is solved with few materials (stone, Fe as well as wood) and places special emphasis on the human relationship between themselves as well as their textures. The infinite exudes simplicity, fluidity, spaciousness and warmth where predominantly white on the walls and ceilings and light wood on the terra firma practise a unique visual symphony.
