Wire Wrapped Peace Sign Necklace

When I lay the photograph below upward on my facebook page

Friday night, I entitled it "The Fri Night Special!"

I was playing alongside to a greater extent than or less fine estimate sterling argent wire earlier you lot know it, the peace sign appeared! ...I had to a greater extent than or less beads inwards hear that I had been inwards the mood to piece of employment alongside - mainly the pocket-sized rainbow moonstones on the right. I decided to add together simply two or iii of them to the pendant equally accents.

Problem was, in i lawsuit I had the moonstones attached they faded correct into the peace sign design! This would non do... as well as then I used a Liver of Sulfur mixture to patina the silver, transforming it into a dark gray.

This is what it looked similar afterwards I removed it from the
patina solution.

Next I took a polishing fabric alongside to a greater extent than or less erstwhile argent polish
on it and simply polished it upward a bit, removing to a greater extent than or less of the gray
so that you lot could run across spots of the shiny sterling silver.

Finally finished!

My favorite complete is to show great contrast betwixt the dark dark as well as the shiny silver.
