Design Statement - How the requirements of the customer brief were achieved & problems solved

Working through the existing spatial plans for the kitchen, dining together with living rooms it was evident the kitchen was non inward the correct location for this family.  The designer chose to relocate the kitchen to an existing elevated infinite 1 time occupied past times a formal sitting room. Being elevated this room captured beautiful bay views together with the entire nurture yard together with pool.  It also gave a clear sight to the interior spaces adjacent.

It was an obvious choice, 1 that would create goodness the household unit of measurement immensely.
